Bakery bread slicer blades are re-scalloped in our factory on specialised machinery. Blades can be sharpened 3 to 4 times depending on how blunt they are when they arrive.
A full range of new bread slicer blades is available for all types of machines. Both carbon and stainless steel blades are available.
